Single Grant Submission

Single grant Submission Customer are provided:

  • Follow grant guidelines and prepare required document for grant submission. There is no research provided for this service.

  • All grant services require the Accurate Grant Services data collection form to be filled out prior to services being started in order to achieve best results, delays resulting from receiving the data could result in missed submission dates.

Application Fees:

  • LOI/RFP/Straightforward Single Grant Submission  $1800.00-$2500.00 (6-8 Wks avg)

  • Moderate difficulty Single Grant Submission $2500.00-$7000.00 (7-10 wks avg)

  • Federal Grants $22,000.00-$30,000.00

  • Website Set up $2,195.00 (6-8 wk avg eCommerce additional $350.00)

Rolling Funding Program

  1. Provides three grants that align with your companies profile and mission for best results in obtaining funding.

  2. Provides research showing Foundations donations align with your objective, years in service and Foundations requirements.

  3. Provides geographic research showing where the Foundations donations are going.

  4. Provides a rolling calendar showing foundation, submission date, due date and award dates.

  5. Provides a grant submission list for tracking and re-submission.

Application Fees:

  • $2800.00 (6-8 weeks to complete)

Retainer Client

This service is offered to clients seeking personal grant management for total control of their organization grant needs. As a retainer client our Rolling Funding Program is included in this service as well as:

  • One Grant/LOI Submitted monthly (12 total with annual contract)

  • Awarded grant follow submission documents

  • Monthly Zoom calls

  • Profile enhancement

  • Events in-kind donations from sourced recurrences

  • Assisting in budget preparations

Application Fees:

$4000.00 a month with a 12 month contract required and automatic payment set for the remaining nine payments. There is a three month deposit required. This includes Foundations, Charities, Donor Advised Funds and Corporate Giving. Federal grants are an additional $17,000.00 per grant and would require an additional retainer of the application cost and a new contract needs to be executed by both parties outlining times lines and dates of submission.
